Our dishes reflect MELLOW PROVENÇAL MOODS and since many can be prepared beforehand, they are ideal for relaxed and effortless entertaining – just like the locals have a habit of doing, surrounded by family or friends, while lingering over a table and sipping rosé.

But apart from cooking fabulous food you will learn about many local traditions and the reasons behind them.  And we will teach you valuable knife-skills, prepping techniques and different cooking methods. And if all that sounds terribly serious, let me assure you that our classes are also informal and fun.
