Dessert Course – € 130


Are you in the mood for some classic French desserts? Vanilla (or orange-flower) flavoured Madeleines perhaps?  A summery Clafoutis of Cherries or a really pretty and delicious Apricot Tart with a Frangipane (almond cream)?  How about some sexy fail-proof Chocolate Fondants, or a traditional Crème Brulée?

We are certain you’ll love making those elegant Almond Tuiles to enhance any creamy dessert.  And for the ultimate and super easy summer dessert we can grill peaches filled with almonds and pistachios.  Or if you prefer we can teach you all about choux pastry… And we are sure that you’ll be making our favourite Petites Crèmes Renversées and classic Tarte Amandine aux Poires forever and ever more….

This class is a full 4 hours of cooking. We will taste all the desserts afterwards and you bring home some of each dessert (as well as the recipes sheets of course).

This class costs €130 per person - minimum 6 participants, maximum 8.
