Dessert Course – € 160


Are you in the mood for some classic French desserts? Some orange-flower flavoured Madeleines perhaps?  A summery Clafoutis of Cherries or Figs, or a really pretty and delicious Apricot Tart with an almond Frangipane?  How about some sexy fail-proof Chocolate Mousse made with Olive Oil, or a traditional Crème Brulée?

The dishes…

Our Petites Crèmes Renversées (served with summer fruit marinated in dessert wine) and our classic Tarte Amandine aux Abricots (or pears) are firm favourites with our clients and are so worth adding to your repertoire.. For a super quick and super easy summer dessert we could do a Clafoutis with cherries or figs, or perhaps grill some peaches and fill them with almonds or pistachios.  Or if you prefer we can teach you all about the versatile choux pastry so can make your own éclairs, universally popular chouquettes or profiteroles … 

We’ll be cooking for 2.5 hours and will taste all the dishes afterwards. And if you bring suitable containers, you can bring home what you have made. You’ll also take home the recipes sheets of course.

This class costs €160 per person - minimum 6 participants, maximum 8.
