Little Dishes with TRUFFLES – € 170
From December till March it is TRUFFLE SEASON here in Uzes. And Le Pistou is celebrating with a few courses to unveil and unravel the truffle’s delicious mysteries.
Our Petits Plats de Truffes courses are given on demand during the months of January and February, so contact us with your dates. Each course will teach you around 6 wonderful and versatile recipes that can easily be reproduced at home.
As usual with all our courses, we shall sit down afterwards and taste all the dishes we have made – naturally accompanied with some carefully chosen wines. These are some of the dishes you may expect:
