Booking a course


Availability and reservations

 To inquire about AVAILABILITY on any of the courses, please email info@petracarter.com or call +33(0)468407718. If you leave a message we will email or ring you back as soon as we can.

Deposits

 To guarantee your place on a course you may be asked to pay a DEPOSIT - 350 euros for a weekend course, and 500 euros for a week-long course. Payment details will be furnished on request. The balance of your course fee is due a month before the course starts (see also cancellations below).

Flights

 Our courses this year are planned around Ryanair schedules to Carcassonne airport. Please email or ring us to check BEFORE reserving your flight as we cannot arrange pick-ups simultaneously from different airports.

Accommodation

 Course accommodation is in B&B La Souqueto. There are single, double and twin rooms and prices are based on 2 people sharing. Single rooms are allocated on a first come first serve basis, and double rooms MAY carry a single occupancy supplement.

Insurance

 Under European Law participants must have a valid health insurance card (formerly E111).

Transport

 All ground transport (i.e. airport transfers, excursions and outings) is included in the price of the courses - only flights are not.

Cancellations

 Should you need to cancel after paying your DEPOSIT, you will receive a refund if you can find a replacement participant.

If you need to cancel after paying the FULL COURSE FEE, you will receive your money back minus the deposit - unless you can find a replacement participant, in which case a FULL REFUND is possible.

If we have to cancel the course for whatever reason, you will receive a FULL REFUND. Should this be the case, we will give the maximum possible notice.
