If you are in any way afraid of cooking with fish, then this course will remove that fear forever. We will cover a great collection of simple, pretty and absolutely full-proof recipes that will become totally part of your life - you'll wonder how you ever lived without them...
Also included in the weekend are a superb outdoor meal overlooking the pink saltpans, a visit to a fish market, an olive- and olive oil tasting at a still-active olive press, and there's even time for some retail therapy in the Roman city of Narbonne and the Medieval Walled City of Carcassonne...
Dishes will include a fresh and vibrant Ceviche, a super-quick Mackerel with Chilli Glaze, stylish Serrano-wrapped Monkfish with Lemon-creamed Peas, Hake with warm Herb Vinaigrette, Cod with Chorizo, Gravlax, Zarzuela, Chargrilled Squid with Chilli Jam and of course Moules Marinieres.
The course is limited to 7-8 people. It is informal and fun (and hands-on for those who want it). There is one single room, otherwise prices are based on two people sharing. Some double rooms may carry a single occupancy supplement.
